We want you to be fully satisfied with your Hunter purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping is complimentary for all domestic orders to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Boots

  Place the items in their original Hunter branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
